Contact Center Consultant

A dynamic company, based in Brussels, are currently searching for a Contact Center Consultant. We are searching for a Contact Center Consultant who can understand the business needs of the customer and translate them in a contact center related solution. As the Contact Center Consultant you will actively partake in discussions with the business to achieve the optimal Contact Center Design, taking into account the defined standards and policies of the customer in which the solution has to fit. You will provide answers to business' questions and collaborate closely with the onsite technical teams if needed to provide answers.

Technical Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge of contact center design/concepts.
- Be analytical in understanding the business needs and challenge the requests.
- Must be able to take ownership and work in project mode.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Siemens/Unify experience is a plus.
- Hipath Procenter experience is a plus.

Languages:

- Dutch
- French
- English
