The COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONSULTING cover: competence development path design, competence standard criteria design, competence evaluation design, competence management and control system, etc.
The LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONSULTING cover: learning strategy and business planning, learning organization design, learning process design, faculty system, curriculum system, learning infrastructure construction, learning IT platform, etc.

l These activities and output may be done on customer's side, or in HQ of huawei (ShenZhen), or in the place consultant stay
l It is recommended that high levels of deliverables is completed by senior/director consultant
LOW LEVEL DELIVERABLES
l Interview middle/low-level customers
l Collect information
l Analyze information
l Develop low-level solution
l Sort out and refine the existing project asset
l Interview report of middle/low-level customer
l Analysis report
l Low-level solution
l Acceptance report
l Sorted and refined Project asset

Possesses the ability to:
Create structure in ambiguous situations
Manage complexity in terms of the work and stakeholders to deliver results in a compressed timeframe
Conduct difficult conversations, including interactions with senior stakeholders
Be proactive in diagnosing underlying issues and resolving them
Be resourceful and think creatively about how to get the job done and work around obstacles
Interface with many stakeholders who have competing priorities and drive toward consensus and a go-forward plan. Requires strong persuasion, negotiation and influence skills
Span the detail; to think strategically and also work tactically with minute levels of detail
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ed.D, Ph.D or Master's degree in, instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications or a related field
At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
English: Fluent
2.3.2 The recommended experience of consultant for high-level deliverables
At least 15+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
Have ever been act as leader or director in the consultant project
2.3.3 The recommended experience of consultant for low-level deliverables
At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
