CONSULTING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

BASED IN READING

£100 - £120 PER DAY (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

8 MONTH CONTRACT (WITH POTENTIAL EXTENSION)

My client is a global leading software company.

Tasks will include:

- Undertaking a wide variety of Consulting Operations activities including resource coordination, utilization reporting and pipeline planning for resource numbers
- Working on operations initiatives which includes interacting with peers in other regions
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalate where necessary and work with other team members to assist with issue resolution
- Train and mentor consulting personnel on operational processes, policies and systems

Required skills are:

- Sales Support/Sales Administration/Sales Coordination Experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, positive and well organised
