Consulting Mechanical Design Engineer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located Batesville, IN.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Hands-on experience with 3D CAD software
- Component level knowledge in design and failure analysis
- Proven both abilities above in a Manufacturing environment

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying design and technical root causes of product failures
- Determining design changes based off of above findings, prior investigations and consumer complaint trends
- Generating detailed, technical documentation to communicate and capture design changes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You need to have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering
- You need to have three (3) or more years of recent design experience holding a position with "Engineer" in the title
- You need to perform well in stressful, difficult situations and achieve positive outcomes

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- You have Medical Device design experience
- You know how to check the quality of a manufactured product using hand tools such as calipers and mircrometers
