- Implement our industrialization/standardization projects.
- Audit, troubleshooting, performance analysis on Windows/VMWare systems in production. Reporting and communication on results.
- Level 3 support to our off-shore Lv1/Lv2 production teams
COMPéTENCES:
- Windows 2008 and VMWare/ESX
- DB SQL
- Nagios Centreon monitoring tool
- Over 3 years experience w/Windows systems production
- Change and problem mgt, ITIL
