Consultant Reporting & Analysis a/P (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The candidate will work in the our company, Cost Accounting Steering Centre (CASC), based in Brussels, within their Delivery and Quality Management Team (D&Q MT) . The D&Q MT is responsible for defining and delivering monthly performance statistics and analysis of the main activities of the delivery centers Pay4UMedBP and Cegedim.
In this context, knowledge of a bank environment is not required. Knowledge of Accounts Payable process is desirable.
The mission of the Cost Accounting Steering Centre (CASC) is to manage and optimize tools & processes on cost accounting for all our company entities.
° Tools & Processes related to Expense Allocation
° Tools & Processes related to Invoice Processing (P2P, AR, FA, …), including steering of the Delivery Centers
One of the major projects to be realized by CASC is the project One Capp.
The One Capp project is to implement a Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution for our company domestic market entities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (processing about 600.000 invoices).
SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & requisition/ordering, an external provider for invoice scanning & dematerialization (e-invoicing), centralized offshore operational treatment and connected to an in-house developed centralized general ledger system

Function Description
Your mission job is:
° Prepare monthly performance reporting
° Analyse the monthly figures and evolutions
° Perform small modifications and optimisations of the reporting and document changes
° Participate in the functional analysis and implementation of all management
° Good analytical and synthesis skills;
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
° Flexible, accurate & control minded.

Experience
° Experience in reporting and analysis of A/P and P2P processes
° Ability to learn/understand quickly new processes
° Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (excel, access, …)

Business Experience
Mandatory
° We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in A/P projects, including performance reporting

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° You have a thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferable
° Knowledge and/or experience of SAP (FICO/MM/AA) and/or Readsoft are an asset
° Experience and knowledge of BI tooling and BI projects is an asset
