Consultant /Project Supporter (f/m)
Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing.
For our client, a global manufacturing company focussing on Düsseldorf we are looking for a Consultant / Project Supporter (ONE!GSC Horizon) on a freelance basis (f/m).

Business venture:
ONE!GSC Horizon is a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing. For the first time our Customer, will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process. Being part of the Customer-Strategy, this program is a key initiative for the scalable business model. The ONE!GSC Horizon organization with lean and simplified operations aims to enhance Customers competitiveness by leveraging on our Customers combined potential, boosting process efficiency.

Tasks:
Maintain the Master Plan Platform
- Ensure that all reports are collected on time & load reports into the Master Plan tool.
- Evaluate and resolve any inconsistencies and conflicts in the tool and with the project managers
- Update the overall integrated plan based on the individual input
- Export weekly reports for all projects & provide the reporting template to all projects
- Update the resource management database on a monthly level based on the input from the resource planning responsibles
- Engage and coach individual project managers and work stream leads to work with the Master Plan: coordinate adoption, and ensure ongoing adherence to, the planning and reporting processes
- Ensure that all identified streams and projects are working to the defined process and standard for resource management.
- Ensure all defined updates and reporting are performed to set frequency
- Ensure that any conflicts, overload and supply issues are identified and highlighted for appropriate remedial action
- Ensure quality of all programs and fix any bugs in the programmed interfaces of all tools used

Enhance the Master Plan Platform
- Implement new functionality into the Master Plan by programming new modules for new sub phases and new projects
- Program and modify all interfaces between the back-end module and the reports generated based on required changes
- Program new reports for the Dashboard
- The required technologies to be used are MS Project + VBA, MS Access + VBA, Excel + VBA, MS Powerpoint + VBA, MS Query, SQL, Sharepoint
- In addition to the technical expertise, solid project management experience is required to ensure consistency with project management standards
