Consultant/Project Manager Digital Operations- Mobile/Quantum

For our client, a global automotive company we are looking for a Consultant/Project Manager Digital Marketing Operations - Mobile/ Quantum on a freelance basis (f/m).

Background:

End of 2016 Digital Marketing O/V is starting to launch a responsive, multi-device project called Quantum. First pilot will be IE followed by the roll out in Germany until end of January 2017. In 2017 O/V plan to launch Quantum in 12 markets across Europe.
But: Until the new Quantum platform will be rolled out to all (46) markets across EU (including the so called IO markets - e.g. South Africa; Middle East) the Digital Marketing Operations Team has to manage 3 technical platforms in parallel.

Task:

- Business Project Management: Business Project Management in Collaboration with the agencies with main focus on budget, time and scope. (Project method: agile work after SCRUM)
- Specification management: In charge of functional and User Interface Specifications for the Mobile platform. (Best Practise know-how is essential)
- QA for all Mobile Pages: Ensure that all new webpages are in line with the Quantum scope
- Single point of contact for the roll-out of all new webpages on the Sevenval Mobile platform
- Single point of contact for the Mobile Operations
- Quantum Operations Support for all internal stake holder in regard to create concept based on new templates/ components with focus on Mobile
- Crosscheck of all Mobile pages (Concept, Structure) with the respective Quantum version of the page
- Coordination support between the involved Digital Agencies and Sevenval in regard to all Mobile topics
- Market Communication: In cooperation with the different Project Manager responsible for the Quantum and Mobile Communication for the markets
- Coordination and Management Support of the Quantum Operations
- Potential support and Management of the Site Refresh markets. Site Refresh is a Big Browser version in the Look & Feel of the future platform Quantum but still based on the current system GMWP. Not finally decided yet which markets will roll out Site Refresh to Bridge the time (1-2 year) until they will go live with Quantum. Potential markets are South Africa and some of the SEE markets (smaller markets/ lower BR).
- Test management and QA: Support of Mobile testing (Quantum/ Mobile Sevenval) before go live of all new webpages.
- Mobile Consultancy and monitoring of the competitive landscape to reach set KPIs.

Required Skills:

- Agile work after SCRUM in project
- Adobe AEM 6.1
- Mobile solution for webpages (Best Practise)
- Very strong communication skills
- Project certifications: PMP or ITIL

Languages:

- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
