CONSULTANT PROCESS MANAGER

Working in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels, in the team Quality Management. This team is responsible for the assurance of good performance and process improvements of the AP processes. In this context, knowledge of the bank environment is not required.

Knowledge of the AP process is most desirable.

CONTRACT: 6 months with possible extension(s)

LOCATION: Belgium

RATES: Excellent!

Your mission is to:

Define and redesign processes

Document processes: Design process flows, write out procedures and work instructions

Implement new processes and process improvements

Education Bachelor/Master (or equivalent by experience)

Certification It is an asset if you have Financial degree or relevant experience

Language Requirement - French Fluent, Dutch Good

Good analytical and synthesis skills;

Autonomy, commitment and perseverance

Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment

Flexible, accurate & control minded.

Experience in analysis, documentation and implementation of P2P/AP processes

Ability to learn/understand quickly new processes

Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (word, excel, visio)
