Consultant - Policies/Processes Specialist

SYSDOC PROVIDES WORLD-CLASS SERVICES IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION. WE USE A TRANSFORMATIONAL APPROACH TO CONSISTENTLY DELIVER MEASURABLE VALUE FOR OUR BLUE CHIP AND PUBLIC-SECTOR CLIENTS ACROSS THE GLOBE.

We currently require a number of consultants to work with one of our most prominent clients on a key global HR transformation programme to stand up a Shared Services Centre prior to the technology going live.

The aim of this project is to align disparate policies and processes across all LoB, validate the data capture from the global sites to determine local variations and then create effective work instructions on which training can be given and which the SSC will function going forwards.

Ideally you will have a background in documentation within a HR function and have knowledge of any of the following; HR, Rewards, Welfare, H&S, Recruitment or similar.

The roles are London (City) based, and require excellent consultant skills, resilience, ability to deal with resistance to change, high quality analytical and documentation skills and ideally experience of working in a global organisation going through HR transformation. These are consultant, doing roles rather than strategic.
