For a longer term project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a

CONSULTANT - OPERATING MODEL AND FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT - RISK (3941)

Within the broader Risk Chief Risk Officer (CRO) organisation, there is a need for a talented individual to support the definition and implementation of our client's Service and Metrics strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Bring your past Operating Model/Service/Metrics framework experience to help drive and implement the Group Risk Control Service Management strategy, in line with the Service Company targets
- Capture and articulate service requirements and standards to support the Group Risk Control (GRC) Operating Model
- Articulate, support and independently coordinate across GRC, input required to fulfil Service Company requirements
- Actively participate in strategy development of relationship between Services, Processes and Metrics
- Lead a Service working group across GRC to ensure stakeholder participation and delivery against a defined timeline
- Support methodology for incorporating Service/Metrics into the Operating Model reporting tool, including Data Model
- Support the creation of insightful, visual Service dashboards and reports
- Independently coordinate input and actions
- Lead the Service Catalogue change management process for GRC
- Provide regular management status updates and material
