Consultant/Manager

Looking for consultant with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of consulting or relevant work experience.
- Proven abilities in leading and directing teams.
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project team members, various business groups and senior leadership.
- Ability to present persuasively and effectively to executives.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments.
- Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
- Specific industry experience relative to this role is highly desired.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience or Masters with 2 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
- With specific expertise in some of the above.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Industry or functional domain expertise.
- Experience in multiple

- Ability to distill technical detail into business summary, and vice versa
