Consultant in Cyber Security/Security of Identity and Access Managemen

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONSULTANT WITH EXPERTISE IN CYBER SECURITY/SECURITY OF IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT/SECURITY OF BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE.

GENERAL:

The Consultant will have to identify and document specific measures needed in order to prepare the Future Information Security Environment of IT systems for 3 security environments: Cyber Security, Security of Identity and Access Management, and Security of Business Continuity Management.

TASKS:

-

Using the defined security requirements (considering both current and planned security environments), develop the functional requirements to identify specific security requirements and apply them to a risk management plan.
-

Provide solution designs and implementation plans for delivering security environments and ensuring data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
-

Prepare roadmaps and implantation plans to the implementation of the measures identified.
-

Optionally, recommend a suite of products and tooling that meets international and industry standards and best practice.

EXPECTED TASKS/DELIVERABLES:

-

Risk management plan integrating the 3 security environments.
-

Security environments design for Cyber Security: Secure email, Endpoint protection, etc.
-

Security environments design for Identity and Access Management: High level design, Identity, Authentication, Authorisation.
-

Security environments design for Business Continuity: Scope and approach.
-

Roadmap(s) and implementation plan(s) for the measures identified including resource, time planning, dependencies, risks, risk control measures, etc.

Optionally, for Cyber Security: recommended tooling for secure email services, for endpoint protection services, etc.
-

Optionally, for Identity and Access Management: recommended tooling for Identity, Authorisation, Authentication and High Privilege Account services.

Optionally, for Cyber Security, Security on Identity and Access Management: Technical documentation.
-

Optionally, for Security on Business Continuity: Disaster recovery plan, Business Continuity plan, implementation plan, and Technical documentation.

MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

-

Experience and a current proven track record with Information Security strategies and roadmaps.
-

Knowledge and experience of ISO information security standards and other security industry standards in the area of, including but not limited to Cyber security, Identity and Access management and Business Continue and Crisis Management. Certifications in these areas are an advantage.

Experience in best practices on information security strategy and roadmaps.
-

Good knowledge of English language.
