Consultant for the UAG (Unified Access Gateway) Third Level Support (m/f)

- Providing the customer with excellent technical support concerning UAG
- Reliable technical solutions and a consistently exceptional service experience
- This involves reactive, remote support as well as proactive onsite support (e.g. Workshops)
- Solve complex technical problems involving solutions using UAG, utilizing company wide resources where appropriate
- Possibility to work at customer sites, as requested for either reactive or proactive work
- Manage critical situations by setting customer expectations, devising action plans
- Preparation and delivery of proactive support services (e.g. supportability reviews and expert roundtables)
- Develop and deliver technical training/workshops on specialty area(s)

- UAG Edge-Know How
- Knowledge about VPN (IPSec, PPTP, L2TP), IDS, PKI, proxy, web servers, load balancing and high-availability
- Knowledge about the Windows server system and Windows as an operating system.
- Good TCP/IP knowledge and other related networking protocols
- Detailed knowledge of HTTP(S) including HTTP authentication and FTP protocol
- Basic understanding of security and hacking techniques
- Scripting and C/C++ programming skills
- .Net framework, any .Net language
- Customer focused, accountable, teamplayer, service oriented
- Self critical, open and honest, passion for techniques and customers
- University degree or demonstrated solid work experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCDBA, MCSE, MCSA etc)
