-Create a new clear and stringent data structure (this new structure shall reduce existing ambiguities and support an optimized KPI reporting in future)
-Analyze the current data structure, identify potential problem areas and list known limitations
-Collect, verify and prioritize business requirements
-Map data on technical and content level against business requirements in order to identify gaps
-Documentation of new data design concept including future maintenance process
-Set-up implementation road map

-Knowledge in SAP HCM an SuccessFactors (Systems in Scope)
-Knowledge in interfaces from SAP HCM to other applications
-Knowledge in HR processes
