We seek an experienced Data Analyst for a major IT project in South Africa. The job will carry responsibility for analysing the data requirements of a new system's architecture, the composition of the existing data within the client's current architecture, and outlining strategies for effective data migration.
The consultant should have extensive data analysis experience over a period of at least 5 years, allied to a thorough understanding of telecoms BSS systems and processes.
Additionally, they should have strong communications and relationship-building skills so as to be effective in stakeholder management.
Key skills are:
Data Analysis, Data Migration experience
Telecoms Billing/BSS knowledge
Consulting skills - ie Analysis, Communication and Stakeholder Management
