Good understanding of Ping Identity Solutions (PingFederate, PingID etc.)
Architectural capabilitites
Steer & oversee technical implementation
Project Management experience
to acquire business requirements in interview-style workshops
to translate business requirements to technical implementers
communicate changes to the business
Experience with larger companies
