Consultant

NERC CIP Compliance Program Consultant with a regulatory, audit and business analysis is needed to develop, review and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance for a major Utility. Position is responsible for NERC CIP compliance for Business Systems, Transmission, Security Services, and Energy Supply. This is a Contract Position located in Colorado.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works with business areas that are responsible for NERC CIP compliance for Business Systems, Transmission, Security Services, and Energy Supply to develop, review and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance;
- Packages and organizes documentation, including suggesting tools / methods for improvement and serves as the liaison between the NERC region regulators and the company's internal business areas
- Oversees internal plans to implement Version 4 and Version 5 of the CIP standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum one year of experience with NERC CIP compliance requirements
- BS, Masters Degree desired, and 5 years utility compliance regulatory, audit, and business analysis experience.
- Ability to implement Version 4 and Version 5 of the CIP standards
