CONSTRUCTION WORKS MANAGER - TELECOM, INFRASTRUCTURE, CW, IMPLEMENTATION - CONTRACT - LAUSANNE (EU NATIONALS ONLY)

CONSTRUCTION WORKS MANAGER - TELECOM, INFRASTRUCTURE, CW, IMPLEMENTATION.

My client a leading multinational telecommunication company is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Works Manager.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Project construction works activities (process, resources, performance and Quality)
- Build and maintain an organizational structure for the project CW team together with region/sub region CW management organization;
- Interface with the Customer in site standard design details and materials issues; Construction Works planning: preparation of roll out schedule and lead times together with the Project Manager, fulfilling the target milestones approved by customer.
- Ensure construction works and site design activities meet project requirements;
- Cooperate with network planning, site acquisition, implementation and design manager for development of model sites, site design and site selection, ensures all local issues are considered and CW standards and guidelines are followed;
- Interface for construction works service suppliers and responsible for following up their performance.
- Support in organizing training for service supplier teams.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and experience:

- Knowledge of Swiss Network Implementation environment is essential
- Minimum 10 years experience with 7-8 years in rollout of infrastructure for Telecom
- Product, Process and Scope Change management knowledge
- Customer business understanding & service orientation
- Project management and deployment
- Managing Productivity & Quality Audit
- Practical Knowledge of tower, shelter, outdoor metal cage installation along with foundation
- Subcontractor Management
- Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Planning & Organizing
- French language skills would be an advantage
