CONSTRUCTION SITE OPERATIVE - PREPARED TO TRAVEL

LEADING AND INNOVATIVE ROAD MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION REQUIRES OPERATIVES WITH CSCS CERTIFICATION, TO ALSO BE TRAINED INTO THEIR MACHINERY AND WORK ON VARIOUS LOCATION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE UK.

CORE SKILLS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

- The candidates MUST HAVE CSCS Certification as a bare minimum.
- Streetworks certification would be great (next step up from CSCS), but not essential.
- Road- Working experience - Nice to have, but not essential
- INITIAL TRAINING IN ESSEX ON THEIR SYSTEM will probably be in Essex, but may be Northampton. This training can take approximately a month, depending on skill level and you will be paid the going hourly rate for this. After training, the contract will be ongoing and throughout the UK, so APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL.

Extra information:

Hotels will be paid for by the company, and travel cost will be covered at a basic hourly rate for longer distances, at their approval. Candidates who wish to apply must be able to interview from July 1st-onwards and able to attend training afterwards.
