Construction Project Manager

This position will be working in a remote field office managing projects for a single end user. Projects will vary in size and multiple projects could be assigned simultaneously. Will be responsible for the day to day management of the project as well as the overall project and financial success. Tasks will include safety reports, job site walk-through, invoice approvals, forecasting, billings, scheduling, construction coordination, submittal and engineering reviews, submittal processing and subcontractor management. The candidate will be working with other project managers in a team environment and interfacing with vendors on a regular basis.

SKILLS:

- May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must be organized, responsive, proficient with computers and able to learn and work with various computer based systems including corporate accounting systems and MS Office with focus on Word and Excel.
- Must be able to obtain a US security clearance.
- Must have strong experience in the construction industry with working knowledge of HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS, EMCS, FMS, etc.).
- A drug test, background check and credit check will be required.
