Project Manager for a number Education Refurbishment projects in London, up to 5 million.

Suitable Applicants
- Will come from a medium to large Building Main Contractor and have managed projects from 5m and above
- Progressed through the ranks and already be operating at Managing QS level managing multiple projects and teams
- Some experience with refurbishment Construction projects including some ICT infrastructure work
- Assume overall commercial responsibility for a number of projects allocated within the business team by providing leadership and direction to the site teams.
- Project reviews and provide strategic advice in the resolution of any site issues as and when required.
- Report on project performance to the Board,
- Experienced project manager with track record of delivering construction projects and managing clients. - Some experience of schools projects preferred.

Successful candidate will demonstrate a systematic use of project management tools using Prince 2 or other recognised project management methodology.

Ability to lead colleagues working on similar projects in schools capital programme.
