Construction Manager/Scheduler - Dutch

Are you up for the challenge of being a Scheduler and to manage the construction of GMP compliant laboratories?

We are looking for Dutch speaker who can help our global Pharmaceutical partner to complete a number of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a portfolio of projects in respect to scheduling
- Interface and align with key Service Providers of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management capabilities
- Be able to understand the challenges which engineering teams are facing during the several engineering phases and related stage gates
- Manage the level 1, 2, 3 and 4 schedules and set the main schedule drivers
- Evaluate schedules supplied Contractors and/or suppliers
- Manage the different construction phases
- Support the Project Approach Selection during the engineering phase, ie, how will we build the job
- Manage the contractors on site with clear goals and KPI's indication
- Participate in the development of the contracting strategy and selection of the AE-CM during concept and basic engineering
- Lead constructability reviews
- Close out punch list
- EHS dedicated mindset, make sure contractors follow strict safety rules and standards (Zero Tolerance)
