Construction Manager

This assignment will support UMTS and/or UMTS and LTE. Tasks applicable for this assignment: Site visits, including: A&E Walks Bid Walk Pre-Construction Walk with SP & property owner Coordinate Utilities with Utility Representative Critical lifts, major concrete pours, tower erection Site Safety Audit 3rd Party and Internal Quality Audits Resolve trouble ticket issues SP Punch List Walk Customer Punch List Walk Quality Control: Establish Quality Expectations including customer and landlord standards Coordinate and Review/Accept Corrective Actions Resulting from Quality Audits Monitor subcontractor crane operators to verify they have proper certification Monitor subcontractor connector installers to verify they have proper certification from the appropriate supplier and are utilizing the appropriate tools Monitor subcontractor sweep test operators to verify they have proper certification from the appropriate sweep test equipment manufacturer Scoping: Constructability review Design Input Power Telco Design Bid Package and site specifics Coordinate out of scope work or problems Site Handler: Planned Forecast & Actual Data verification Mandatory Document upload Complete Site visit reports Ensure SP's and ASP's use Site Handler and that their dates and documentation are current and correct Document review: Construction Drawing RF Data Sheet in conjunction with construction drawings
