Construction Manager

High Pressure Gas Pipeline Construction Manager needed to manage onsite construction crews on high pressure, natural gas transmission pipeline construction projects. The Construction Manager remains on site from project kick-off thru testing and in-servicing the pipeline. This is a Contract position in Denver, Colorado with long term potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage onsite construction crews on high pressure, natural gas transmission pipeline construction projects.
- Leads daily tailgate meetings on site each morning with crew foremen and inspection to debrief on safety concerns, scope of work planned for the day, coordination with third party contractors, traffic control and issues that may impact work productivity.
- Manages time and materials projects and contractors to ensure best ROI for company

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 5 years of high pressure gas pipeline construction manager experience
- Experience managing crews up to 30 people with a large percentage being contractors
- DOT Pipeline Operator Qualification expertise. Certification a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA Trenching and Excavation requirements, DOT 192 regulations, API 1104 pipeline welding regulations, National Electric Code regulations
