CONSTRUCTION FIELD OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pasadena, TX.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Assistant experience
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Good communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide administrative support including note taking, typing, filing, organizing, photocopying.
- Field telephone calls and forward to appropriate person.
- Schedule and prepare conference area for all meetings.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
- Maintain field records to include the daily organization of drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Planning and organizing.
- Work and time management.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to earthy construction social environment.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Good working knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Background in construction is a plus.
