Daily review of construction related invoices (mathematical review) and contractual terms and conditions review.
Reconciling invoicing issues
Coordination with field teams and vendors
Generation of reports regarding invoices (looking for trends)

REQUIREMENTS:
Min 3 years in finance or accounting with a focus on architectural, design and construction projects
Basic Accounting
Service Orientation
Written and Oral Communication
Time Management/Organizational Abilities.
Familiar with construction accounting/finance, specifically, review of construction pay applications.
Bachelors degree required
