Construction Coordinator

Our client, active in Telecoms and based in Antwerp, is currently looking for a construction manager.

Goal:
To support the Site Engineering & Construction group, by managing the site visit planning, the documentation and the administrative support to site engineers

Your main responsibilities will include:
Organizing site visits for the site engineers (contacting site owners)
Check of available documentation (Build Permits, Hazard files, leases, safety documentation)
Giving support to the site engineers with regard to maintaining the tracking database (Matrix)
Giving support to the site engineers with regard to updating the documentation database
Triggering of lease activations where applicable
Document follow-up of architect (Design, stability, EP's, ...)
Start works input for social security
Request for change creation and follow-up
Giving administrative support to the site engineers for processing orders, invoicing, etc
Your main challenges will be:
Effectively contribute in to the Rollout yearly site objectives
Support the Financials by tracking potential PAC/FAC sites
Performing in a tough/challenging customer environment
