Construction Buyer, undertaking a range of tasks relation to procurement, product development and administration for a luxury hotel development.
The department covers all areas of the interior, from finishes, bespoke joinery and FF
*Coordinating approval of samples and completing approval procedures;
*Sourcing and product development of custom furniture pieces;
*Developing CAD library of FF
*Obtaining prices and reviewing value engineering options;
*Assisting with preparation of design information for tendering;
*Liaising with the commercial team on all elements of FF
*Preparing and updating FF
*Ensuring that FF
*Procurement administration including raising purchase orders and coordinating payments;
*Maintaining the purchase order log and ensuring delivery dates are met;
*Developing good working relationships with external suppliers, procurement agents and manufacturers;
