IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will handle all legal issues concerning high volume building projects in the pharmaceutical sector
-One main task will be to work on construction claims for contractual extras, delay damages, impact damages, assessment or liquidated damages
-Of course you will write motions, depositions and letters regarding construction litigation issues
-Interfacing with the client and conveying a level of professionalism and competence in terms of both legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction projects is another important task

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have a degree in law, specialised in construction and you could gain profound experience in a similar role
-This also means that you have very good knowledge about construction law/projects
-You are able to communicate very self confident and with many different stakeholders
-You already gained experience with arbitration and at least prepared a case for trial or even in participating in an arbitration or trial
-Fluent English and German is necessary
