Confirmations Coordinator

Confirmations Coordinator urgently required for an initial 12 month contract for a leading Energy Trading organisation in London.

You will be required to work closely with the Documentation Negotiators, commercial teams, legal department, credit department, etc, and is focused on the European gas, power and environmental products markets in initially delivering the following:

- Check Trader Deal Sheets against the system of record to ensure accuracy of the deal capture
- Reconcile all Broker Recaps against the system of record to ensure accuracy
- Draft (whether automatically through STP tools or manually) and ensure timely dispatch of all Counterparty Confirmations
- Receive and reconcile all Counterparty Confirmations
- Chase outstanding and overdue Recaps and Confirmations to ensure receipt
- Monitor electronic Confirmations (both Broker and Counterparty) for failures and resolve through to successful match
- Ensure compliance at all times with the Global Contracts Policy Statements and relevant SOX Controls
- Support the provision of regular monthly MIS and KPI in respect of the CC activities
- Maintain desktop procedures to reflect current processes
- Handling any other ad hoc Confirmation requirements, requests and queries as required
