Confirmations Coordinator

TWO CONFIRMATIONS COORDINATORS (GAS/POWER/EMISSIONS) URGENTLY REQUIRED TO WORK FOR A LEADING ENERGY TRADING ORGANISATION ON AN INITIAL 1 YEAR CONTRACT + EXTENSIONS.

THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE

You will be responsible for Drafting (whether automatically through STP tools or manually), reconciling and ensuring timely dispatch of all Counterparty Confirmations, Checking Trader Deal Sheets against the system of record to ensure accuracy of the deal capture, Reconciling all Broker Recaps against the system of record to ensure accuracy, as well as ensuring compliance at all times with the Global Contracts Policy Statements and relevant SOX Controls.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Confirmations Coordinator and will have worked within a Commodity Trading/Energy Trading environment. Additionally a sound working knowledge (ideally gained from having been in the role) of the end-to-end confirmations process involved with physical gas, power and emissions, and financial derivatives. An understanding of ETRM systems would be advantageous.
