OVERVIEW:

- Provides support to end users on a variety of mobile issues.
- Unpacks Wireless Devices and configures them for shipment to end users.
- Position will require being on the phones with end users to discuss carrier rate plans, warranty exchanges, billing questions, and other related questions/concerns regarding cell phones, Broadband Cards, and Blackberry devices.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-3 years of Wireless Carrier experience
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- Knowledge of commonly-used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
