We're looking for someone who has participated on large scale refreshes. A refresh is defined as providing a user with a new computer and moving all their data/favorites/desktop from their computer to the new computer, joining the computer to the domain, and creating network shares and printer mappings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Win 7 experience
- Office 2007 and 2010 experience
- Strong Outlook 2007/2010 experience
- HP desktop/laptop hardware break-fix experience
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Experience imaging computers from scratch
- Experience in an enterprise environment
- AD (Active Directory) experience
- Experience creating user profiles in an AD environment
- Good customer facing skills
- Self-starter
- Someone who can multi-task in a fast paced environment and able to handle competing priorities
- A+ certification a plus
