Configuration Manager - Servicenow

CONFIGURATION MANAGER - SERVICENOW - On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Configuration Manager with experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow to join a highly capable and international team.

YOUR TASKS:

- Implementing architecture definitions together with the engineering team in a structured way
- Supporting the redesign and migration of the configuration management models according to the architecture definitions
- SACM (Asset and Configuration Management) modelling and tool definition
- Supporting the review of the tool landscape and shape next steps following the definitions of the architecture definitions

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- ServiceNow experience is a MUST
- 5+ years Configuration Management
- Knowledge about impact analysis and how to handle service impact analysis
- Specific knowledge and experience in how to approach and implement change control
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
