Wir suchen für unseren Kunden aus der Schienenfahrgzeugindustrie folgende Qualifikation:

Configuration Management Engineer/Professional:
Role Content Specifications:

The configuration and change management professional assure
• Establishing network including all involved functions in the configuration and change management
process
• Identification of configuration and change management responsible personnel in all required level of the
organization, within the project team, and that they are adequately trained and empowered
• Managing of interfaces between configuration and change management process, e.g. by assuring that a
change management process is in place on the projects from day 1
• That related process, tools, policies and procedure are in place to cover the whole configuration and
change management process chain - with agreed transfer mechanisms of data between tools , if
necessary,
• Identification and definition of configuration and change management deliverable (all functions)
including harmonization and reviews
• Effectively operation of configuration and change management process throughout the project lifecycle
by using of KPI’s,…
• Effective hand-over of configuration and change management processes, responsibilities and data at
the end of key phases (realization, field support)
• Ensuring properly application of the standard IT tools used

Key responsibilities and challenges
• Monitoring network including all involved functions in the configuration and change management process and identification of configuration and change management responsible personnel in all required level of the organization, within the project team, and that they are adequately trained and empowered incl. CoC.
• Executing related process, tools, policies and procedure to cover the whole configuration and change management process chain - with agreed transfer mechanisms of data between tools, if necessary,
• Assuring configuration and change management deliverables implementation incl. harmonization and reviews
• Assuring measurement of configuration and change management process by using of KPI’s,….
• Assuring the change management implementation and all standardization of IT tools related to configuration and change management process

Additional Specifications
Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
• Typically 2 - 3 years’ experience in relevant role
• Understand configuration and change management, and how its related processes such as Requirements
• Mgt, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate in the Business Process
