Configuration/Deployment Manager (CDM)

We are currently recruiting for a Configuration/Deployment Manager (CDM) for our clients based in Belgium for a one year contract -

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

- Installation, configuration and administration of Jira (Atlassian) and relevant plugins
- Installation, configuration and administration of MySQL
- Management of development infrastructure
- Monitoring of application usage and performance
- User access management
- Jira support incl. analysis/guidance to users regarding the possible configuration of Jira to suit the needs of the users.
- Follow-up of user request using IMT to record, monitor & close calls.
- Release management and controls including relevant documentation
- Produce technical documentation and user guides regarding the configuration of Jira

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Very good knowledge regarding the configuration of Jira V 6.3.n
- Knowledge of the following plugins would be an asset: Sript Runner, Jira Misc Custom Fields, Kepler Custom Fields, Workflow Enhancer, Jira Toolkit,
- Knowledge of Confluence (Atlassian) would be an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL. Experience in user support
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
- Very good knowledge of EN (speaking and writing)
- Knowledge of French is an asset.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (LEVEL 2)

The total time of experience required for the specific expertise can be covered as a whole by the different domains. Proven knowledge regarding Jira administration (min 3 years). Proven knowledge regarding VMware, Windows Server, SQL
