Configuration Build Specialist

Urgent requirement for a Lotus Notes Configuration Build Specialist to work on a new Quality management system implementation.

- Develops and maintains software configuration management process and procedures to ensure that configuration management controls are capable of supporting software development and deployment activities for a given release and overall programme
- Performs software configuration build activities, managing the code environment (multiple versions of code across environments), code and database schema branching, and managing the code merging process
- Develops configuration management plans, milestones, and schedules
- Evaluates existing system configurations and recommends infrastructure changes to improve or enhance performance and maintainability
- Participates in design and change reviews to enforce and ensure adherence to configuration procedures
- Possess significant knowledge and skills in Lotus Notes Scripting or another leading Scripting language, SQL, HTML and GUI Tools
- Participates in model office reviews and development of policies and procedures
- Recommends and implements new procedures as appropriate
- Ideally have had past exposure to the ETQ Reliance or have configured ETQ modules
- Analytical, logical problem solving approach and good attention to detail
