Configuration / Build Manager

Develop/maintain and implement Configuration Management processes at system and product level. Lead change management CI initiative and integrate CM process with established programs, test automation and systems engineering processes.

Qualifications: Educated to at least university degree level, you'll also have practical SW/FW R&D experience.You are passionate about system development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, new technologies, agile methodologies and leadership. You must be able to implement Configuration Management as an enabler for the teams, not as a heavy set of restrictions and rules.

Essential skills:
* Experience with Software configuration management system
* Hands-on with scripting and programming capabilities for different languages as C#, Java and powershell
* Specific knowledge in at least one of the source code management tools Clearcase, SVN or Git
* Knowledge and/or experience of Continuous Integration Systems, like Maven and Jenkins
* Proven Experience with the entire product life cycle from customer requirement definition to product release and post-sales support
* Experience with one or more relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience developing software or working in scrum teams would be a plus
