SENIOR CONFIGURATION ANALYST (ORACLE ERP/PDM/PLM EXPERIENCE) needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redwood City, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- ITEM MAINTENANCE
- CHANGE ANALYST
- CONFIRM PROTOTYPES COMPONENTS WORK PROPERLY
- CREATE BOM'S (THEY ARE BEING REBUILT )
- CREATE PART NO'S AND REPORTS
- PRODUCT DATA: Accountable for the PROPER CREATION OF PART NUMBERS, AML Manufacturer data entry and associated documentation attachments. Validation of all associated documentation prior to Pilot Production release. Prototype release all new components for Purchasing visibility. Work with Contract Manufacturers to RESOLVE ANY ITEM MASTER DISCREPANCIES
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT (CCB): Support change management strategy, process, and tools. Provide change management training when required. Provide direction to Change Management Junior Analyst. Provide weekly change process time metrics by change type
- BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM): Assist cross functional teams with BOM CREATION. Validate BOM item life cycles phases are in compliance with Document Control standards. Validate associated documentation is correct and accurate
- Create and drive Engineering Change Orders through the systems (PLM and Oracle EBS).
- Facilitate and coordinate approvals within the organization for Engineering Changes.
- Maintain and update change Approval Matrix
- MAINTAIN ITEM SETUPS IN ORACLE ERP.
- Ensure the integrity of the Item Master in the PLM and Oracle ERP.
- Create Metrics using SQL Reporting methods.
- LEAD THE DATA CLEAN-UP ACTIVITIES and implement in our production systems.
- Assist with process development and training to end users.
- Evaluate and prototype new business process or models in the PLM and ERP systems.
- Regular interaction with Engineering, Product Marketing and other disciplines within the company and with external partners.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Five (5) plus years of experience as a Control Configuration Analyst using Agile Product Lifecycle Management or Document Control systems and processes.
- This is a hands-on position and will REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT SYSTEMS LEVEL EXPERIENCE IN PDM/PLM AND ORACLE ERP
- Significant experience with MS Office applications including Excel and MS Access.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while building standardization into the process.
- Need to know how to work with Organizations within ORACLE THAT ARE BUSINESS UNITS OR DIVISIONS OF THE COMPANY so that costs and BOM's are assigned properly.
