My client, a leading telecoms company in the UK, is looking to place a Conference Coordinator for their site based in Shrewsbury.

The successful candidate will be expected to take inbound calls, taking reservations for Conferencing services and also coordinate large scale conference calls through both telephone and video. Your role will be to run the conference calls, greeting speakers and announcing participants plus managing question and answer sessions.
You should be experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Live or WebEx and have a background in customer service.

My client is looking for multi lingual candidates fluent in Spanish, French, German or Italian.
