Conference, Delegation and News Coordinator

We have an excellent contract opportunity for an experienced CONFERENCE, DELEGATION AND NEWS COORDINATOR to join our clients Products and Promotion section until 31st October 2013.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Communicate and raise awareness of the importance of our clients work by planning and coordinating with Divisions involvement in key conferences, events and visits by international delegations.
- Coordinate visiting international delegations and maintain ongoing collaboration between other government agencies and international organisations as required
- Manage the editing, production and promotion of News and quarterly online magazine to communicate and raise awareness of our clients activities

Skills and experience required:

- Formal qualifications in communication or a related fields
- Experience with conference, delegation and publication coordination skills in Government or related field
