Projektbeschreibung

You will be designing thermal cooling solutions for circuit boards and ball grid arrays dissipating 60W and more in harsh environments. The ideal candidate will have experience of VPX, VME or CompactPCI bus, mechanical design, SolidWorks and CF Design for thermal analysis. You will work closely with the electronic board design and layout engineers to short design timescales on conduction and air cooling electronic packaging; doing mathematical proofing, prototype testing, design improvement and product delivery. This is a senior role that requires someone to be responsible for delivering the thermal packaging of the product.
