Conduct Risk Programme Manager - Investment Bank - London

Global Investment Bank is building a programme to deal with Conduct Risk. This is a new FCA driven initiative focussing on Financial, Strategic, Infrastructure and Behavioural issues that could lead to claims of MIS-conduct. This will involve looking at Compliance, Legal, Finance, product development, marketing, contractual terms, root cause analysis, escalation, complaint management processes.

Candidates will have worked on similar programmes at Investment or Corporate Banks, either directly or through a consultancy, and will be up to date with current FCA/FPA initiatives. Anyone who has worked of TCF programmes would be of particular interest but candidates will need to have worked on major change programmes involving several of KYC, AML, FATCA, Dodd Frank, EMIR, MiFID, AIMFD, Basel II, Basel III.. You will also have deep understanding of MI reporting and most likely have been involved in programmes where the physical date was managed via MI dashboards. Stakeholder Management, Programme/Project Governance, Resource Planning and defining project structure will all be key skills. This is a new programme so there will be plenty of scope for renewals and building a team
