Conduct Risk Manager

Owing to a rapid expansion of the Conduct Risk team and the increased regulatory focus on conduct risk, demands on these services have increased in this area therefore the current position has become available.

The role requires advice on regulatory frame work design, regulatory change and remediation activity. The focus of the role will be to support client projects and develop a high quality service building on existing and new client relationships.

Experience required:

Knowledge of Financial Services Conduct Risk management and regulation developed through roles preformed

UK Financial services, in either industry, regulatory (for the FSA or other e.g. FOS) or professional services roles (3 years +)

Responsible Lending - including MMR and MCOB requirements

Customer remediation projects

General insurance regulation

The Banking Conduct regime

Product governance

Skills / behaviours required:

Ability to deliver simultaneous, time pressured tasks and prioritise effectively

Confident, professional communicator

Ability to deliver difficult and / or complex messages in a confident, concise way

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

Commercial focus, or willingness to learn about commercial considerations of a professional services role

Ability to work to deadlines

Willingness to travel
