Conduct Risk Lead

Conduct Risk Lead - Consultancy - Banking - £600+/day

My Client, a top tier Consultancy based in the City of London are looking for an experienced Conduct Risk Lead to go on site at a top tier bank based in either Scotland or London for an initial 3 month contract which could get extended up to 6 months paying around £600/day but could be flexible dependent on experience.

You will be tasked to:

-Develop and maintain the conduct risk processes for product including assurance and compliance monitoring.
-Responsible for preparation of regulatory responses and gather information from across the category to support reporting to the regulator
-Support new proposition/process/regulatory developments ensuring Conduct fully considered

The purpose of this role will be to:

-Develop and implement the Category Conduct plan
-Lead the team, defining and driving the objectives and performance
-Develop appropriate Conduct culture across category

You will need the following skills to be considered:

-Experience of Banking industry, regulatory and commercial environment
-In-depth knowledge and experience of first and second line of defence activities at a senior level
-Experience in conduct risk methodologies including regulations, framework design and deployment, and oversight challenge.
-Broad understanding of conduct risks relevant to key business activities undertaken within a Retail financial services organisation
