CONTEXT
Developing concepts for the new services of our Internet and mobile banking channels in the context of the Next Generation Digital Channels Program.
FUNCTION
The concept designer brings people and information together in a structured and meaningful way by identifying problems and proposing tangible, creative solutions via prototyping. (S)he acts as a content catalyst' by facilitating activities, gathering information, bringing people together, and transforming information into insights and insights into concepts. (S)he should be able bring out the best in others by utilizing their knowledge and fostering creativity to create innovative and feasible solutions.
Typical activities:
- Gather and refine business requirements from all stakeholders by organizing face-to-face interviews and workshops
- Cooperate with IT to understand the feasibility of the requirements to implement
- Create wireframes (for web and mobile applications) in Axure.
- Annotate and describe the components and screen behavior.
- Contribute to the organizational impact and implementation cost activities (for the business deliverables)
Typical deliverables:
- Concept Report
- List of requirements
- Screen/process flows.
- Wireframes/prototypes in Axure
Education
- Master degree
Languages Requirement
- French: Preferred
- Dutch: Preferred
- English: Must - spoken and written is a must: deliverables are written in English, most of the meetings are conducted in English
Experience
5 years of experience/seniority in similar topics
Technical Experience
Mandatory
- User Experience Design
- In depth understanding of web technologies, HTML5.
- Understanding of requirements structure for web design (use cases, screen flow/navigation flow, wireframes, visual design)
- This position does require involvement in definition of web and mobile screen wireframes/prototypes with guidance of experts in Information Architecture
- Proficient in Word, Excel. Advanced in Powerpoint
- Advanced knowledge of Axure
PREFERABLE
- Preferred experience/exposure to web banking
Business Experience
Mandatory
- Proven track of project experience in similar missions
PREFERABLE
- Knowledge of Banking environment
