Computing Helpdesk Advisers (6 month contract)
Central London
£24,000 pro rata

We are looking for two Technical Support Advisors to join the busy Which? Computing Helpdesk team for a 6 month fixed term contract.  We currently provide a free email service to Which? Computing members and are now expanding the scope of our service to include the same level of help and support over the phone.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and evolving team. Using remote access technology, you will rely on your problem solving skills to understand the members' issues quickly and start to resolve them. Whether it's their PC, laptop or Router, or they're having trouble accessing their emails, sorting problems with their printer or they need help working through browser issues, you'll ensure that you deliver an outstanding service every time.

You will need to demonstrate both your technical knowledge as well as the highest level of customer service.  It's essential that you can communicate complex ideas and solutions in plain and simple language to our members who have very different and varying needs.

Working hours: 35 hours per week (12:00pm - 8:00pm) Monday - Friday.
