Skills:
- Person needs to have experience and will be asked to cover very light help desk calls on nights and weekends
- Person will be using a variety of tools to monitor processes and must be able to do some light troubleshooting and then involve the correct person when a problem is found
- The hours are odd, 3 days on then 4 days off - 13 hour shifts
- The person will train for some time during the daytime and then will probably be moved to nighttime
