Responsibilities:
- Monitor Production environment to identify issues
- Assist in the resolution of customer problems
- Provide technical expertise and system/network knowledge to support Customer Service efforts in researching customer problems
Requirements:
- Willingness to work any of 3 shifts
- At least 5 years of experience in providing Production Support
- 2 years of experience Unix and SQL
- Basic telecommunications/wireless knowledge
- 5 years of experience working with Solaris and/or Red Hat Linux Operating Systems
- Experience with Sun One Application, Web and Proxy Servers
- 5 years of experience with Unix Shell Scripting
- 5 years of experience writing complex PL/SQL queries
Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
- Weblogic server
- Veritas Cluster server
- LDAP
- CSS/ACE
